NATURE CONNECTION
Each empowerment journey begins and ends with an initiation and completion ceremony in nature and is experienced over 40 days.

CACAO CEREMONY
Nia will prepare for you a special Ceremonial Cacao elixir to give you energy, openness and inspiration for the shoot. She will open Sacred space for the session and guide you in meditations to help you to connect to yourself and each other.
EMBODY YOUR SOUL ESSENCE THROUGH MOVEMENT

PHOTO SHOOT
Within the first 5 days, you will receive a tailor-made home Sadhana practice in video or audio form. This practice of around 20-30 minutes will be designed just for you - yours to anchor into each day and an important element of your self-care, self-connection and transformation.
BEAUTIFUL MEMORIES
2.5 hour Completion Ceremony in nature including Ceremonial Cacao and guided embodiment practice. Nia will support you with rituals and practices to help you to integrate the past 40 days and to help you to feel clear about your onward journey.
